Gatherings Event Planning Specialists offers a range of services designed to make your wedding or event as memorable and stress-free as possible. Below are some of our typical offerings. If you have a unique planning need not outlined below please feel free to contact us. We would love to create a custom consulting package for you. All of our packages begin with a free meeting to determine your coordination needs and the package (and additional services) that will help you make your day your way! Each bride will receive a personalized timeline to assist in accomplishing her tasks in a timely manner. Packages start at $500

Wedding Consulting Packages
Premium Consulting Package
Your Day. Your Way.
Premium Package has all the benefits of Basic and Basic Plus Packages. Gatherings will also assist you with vendor returns, booking a band or DJ, addressing the save the date and wedding invitations, suggesting ideas for designing programs and decoration planning, overseeing decorations, making arrangements for get away cars, booking guest accommodations, two planning meetings at wedding facility, and six to eight consulting meetings. We will be available two hours for your rehearsal and seven to nine hours for your wedding and reception.
Basic Plus Consulting Package
Key Elements of Your Dream Wedding.
Basic Plus Package has all the benefits of the Basic package plus extra meetings (four to six), help with rentals, and a planning meeting at the wedding site. You will have Gatherings service to help you at your rehearsal (one to two hours) and on your wedding day and reception (seven hours).
Basic Consulting Package
Tools to Plan Your Perfect Day.
Basic Package allows the bride freedom from worry at the rehearsal and on her wedding day. We will give guidance through three to four consulting meetings prior to the wedding day. Gatherings will help you to plan your rehearsal and wedding; we will be on site for the rehearsal (one hour) and at the wedding and reception (four to five hours).
